Duterte's Trial

Philippines

I feel bad about this old man who dedicated his time to making the Filipinos safer, and those criminals were forced to hide, fearing for their lives. Duterte's government created a massive fear for drug addicts and other criminals, which makes every civilian free to walk outside of their house anytime they want. Filipino who works on the graveyard shift are at peace, walking home feel safer. I even work on the bus with my laptop without fearing that someone might steal it from me, that was the Duterte administration, like. But can you believe that before Duterte's governance, no one in the senate was eager to find justice for the murders, raped victims, and other crimes that were rampantly happening in our country? They just felt bad, lol! But no one is shouting for justice the same way they did now. And then, when the tables finally turn upside down, these leaders are shouting for justice for the murdered criminals! I am not in favor of what the former vice president did, and some of their ally in the Senate right now. But I am also not in favor of what they did to the former President Duterte. He just made sure that civilians are protected not only in words but in action against criminals who kill and rape innocent people. Do you?

He sounds like a man who valued justice at all costs.

Yes. I feel bad about him, because hw is old. Why they just let him go home and rest, and enjoy his old grayign days.

Not all Filipino people think the same. He is very similar to Trump.

Yes, he was, but not perfect, but the good thing about his governance was that criminals went on hiding. The crime rate against innocent people decreases. People who work late at night are doing well, and not afraid going home in te middle of the night.

In my view, some became victims during his regime. It is just my opinion.

I hope not. But anyway, I just love what he did in making the Philippines at least a safe country once upon a time. The crime rate against innocent people decreases if not all.
