What a blessing!

So I went to the eye doctor this morning because I have to have my eyes checked once a year now. Two years ago my rheumatologist put me on a medication that helps inflammation, but can cause damage to the eyes. To keep getting it prescribed (and it does help) I have to have my eyes checked once a year. Anyway, I went to pay, and suddenly felt sick. I didn’t have a check from my dad for it (I don’t have $150 extra dollars). I told her that, and she said, but it’s just four dollars! Apparently, the good hearted people of Oklahoma voted to expand Medicaid to allow vision coverage! Not everything is covered, of course, but exams are! I was so thankful. And, my eyes were not negatively affected by that medicine either. Any good news lately?
