It has never been an easy task lately- I had to multitask

Most of my ghostwriting activities happens in the quiet hours of the night. I often stay awake until dawn, squeezing creativity into the margins of my day. Sometimes, I only get four hours of sleep, but those hours of writing feel like a secret world where ideas flow freely. It’s exhausting, yes, but also exhilarating—proof that passion can keep you awake even when your body begs for rest. The silence of the early morning becomes a canvas where I can pour my thoughts without interruption. It is in these moments that ghostwriting feels most alive, as if the characters and stories I create are whispering directly to me. The challenge of writing with little sleep is real. Fatigue creeps in during the day, but the satisfaction of having written something meaningful outweighs the tiredness. It’s a delicate balance—sacrificing rest for creativity—but one that I’ve learned to embrace. Those stolen hours remind me that passion often demands sacrifice, and the joy of storytelling makes the effort worthwhile. My background as a Customer Experience Specialist and Analyst has been invaluable. I applied those skills to create detailed checklists for Printing King. These lists cover everything from machine readiness and supply levels to customer greetings and café service standards. They help my staff and family stay aligned, reduce clutter in shop zones, and ensure that every customer’s journey is smooth and consistent. The checklists are more than just operational tools—they are a reflection of my belief in structure and clarity. Each item is designed to prevent confusion, streamline workflow, and uphold service standards. For example, the printing checklist ensures that machines are calibrated, paper stocks are replenished, and customer orders are tracked with precision. The café checklist, on the other hand, emphasizes cleanliness, product availability, and warm customer interaction. Together, they form the backbone of Printing King’s daily operations. Balancing ghostwriting with shop management, motherhood, and mentorship is no easy feat. Yet, the discipline I’ve cultivated through checklists and structured workflows allows me to juggle these roles more effectively. The same analytical mindset that helps me organize Printing King also supports my writing process. I break down stories into manageable beats, establish character arcs, and set milestones—just as I would for a business project. I hope I would be able to make it through for paying rent, utilies and all.

It is good if you can multitask.
