Hello everyone. I hope your day has been going well. It is 73 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. It is supposed to be colder tomorrow. Ugh. Today was relaxing with a chiropractic appointment, meditation with sound therapy in hammocks and a massage. It was so nice laying in the sunshine in the hammock listening to the singing bowls. No big plans for the afternoon/evening. I have to make a doctor appointment but that's about it. Fine with me. I'm exhausted from crappy sleep last night. What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

No chiropractor today? I hope the massage didn’t leave you sore. Hopefully, you get some sleep after being relaxed.

I’m not up to anything. I was gone until about 1pm, so I’m done for the day.
