Fried Spring Rolls / myLot

Hi everyone. Hope all is well. 4:25pm here in Manila. Scorching hot as always. Anyway, while answering posts and replying to comments, I got hungry. Decided to order an afternoon snack. This is what I'm having - fried noodles spring rolls. So instead of the usual meat and vegetables filling, it is Chinese style noodles inside the spring rolls. It also comes with a dipping sauce of spicy vinegar. Quite a tasty combination! What's the most unique filling have you tasted in spring rolls?

That sounds delicious!

I don’t think I’ve ever had an unusual filling in spring rolls; just the usual veggies or shrimp,

Hi Amber. It was delicious! The spicy vinegar dip added a nice flavor to it. Veggies and shrimp are great spring roll fillings.

Whenever we have Chinese we always have mini spring rolls. We have just veggie ones. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything unusual in them. I do like sweet chili dipping sauce with them.
