Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 52 degrees F and sunny. The high for today is just 60. I had another bizarre dream last night but I did manage to get some better sleep so I feel somewhat human this morning. Today I have acupuncture, counseling, and meditation with singing bowls. Hopefully it will be a chill day. Oh and I have a telehealth appointment with the nurse practitioner this afternoon. I need to refill my GI meds while I'm waiting for an appointment with an actual specialist. What's everyone else up to today?

I have to fold clothes when I get home, but that’ll wait until I get home! I’m going to take a walk in this lovely weather before the rain hits.

Do you feel like your ulcers have healed? I’m just cleaning and ordering groceries. I’m on a new medication, and the doctor said it might make me sleepy at first, so a nap is probably in my future. I hope you have a wonderful day.

@NJChicaa I have had some really good raunchy quite interactive dreams which I can't remember. How sad is that lol
