What’s the roast of the day ?

Well, today, the roast of the day was roast pork, with roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, kale, parsnips, stuffing, gravy and apple sauce. For pudding today Mom had made a cookie pud. Family recipe …cookies dipped ( or drowned ) in sherry is the base ….can’t tell you any more ! Anyway, it was all delicious …. Great news is ….i have the same again for tomorrow . What did you have for your Sunday meal ?
