Isn’t he cute? This fellow came into the world on January 8, 2013. His new home became the Naples Zoo in Naples, Florida. The anteater was named Xander and he made his debut to zoo visitors when he was 13 years old. Giant anteaters are native to Central and South America so he is a long way from his native land..
