It may not be for everyone's, but it wasn't bad. It is made of mushrooms, however, it tastes more like turkey than mushrooms. I have to admit it has been a long time since I have had a premade turkey roast, but this tastes similar..maybe not quite as juicy..but decent I would eat it again. Quorn makes pretty good substitute meat products. This was good with little seasoned potatoes and pineapple I hope you are having something tasty for din as well.

That sounds like an interesting meal, I too, like turkey.
My husband got out a steak roast.
We are waiting on a call from the butcher, as I placed another for another hind quarter, this was our last roast beef.
He will have alot of leftovers for the week.
I really hope that we get the call in the next week or so that our beef is ready for pick up. We can probably do fine for another week eating up the odds and ends.
I made a cranberry-apple crisp yesterday, and we had that for dessert, we love that dessert. I used extra cranberries to make it just a bit more tart.

I love apple crisp, blueberry crisp, peach crisp etc. I have never tried it with cranberry. I should..I think I might like it.

@snowy22315 The combination of cranberries and apples is delicious by my standards.
I'm not so much of a sweet lover, but this one if you add extra cranberries the tart taste just stands out so much better, and that is a very refreshing flavour.

I guess if I had real turkey I might have eaten it in place of this, but it was not a poor substitute in my opinion.

@snowy22315 Glad you found it. My favorite part of roast turkey is the potatoes and the gravy.Yum!

It is kind of hard to decide what to eat sometimes, but I usually decide in advance.

Just now
I dod not had a good dinner not because the food is bad, but because I had headaches again due to my TMJ, my eyes are blurry, my head is in pain.

I like Quorn products. They make tasty fake fish filets.
