The heat in my city has paralyzed work

The heat in my city Rourkela forced the government to close schools and colleges but a government aided law college president refuses to start a morning shift office. This is totally inhuman. The higher education department and the district administration should keep track of such injustice and take action. People in the office can come at 8 in the morning and go back home at 11 or 12 noon.

@rakski They don't need to think wisely as they are extremely selfish to think about the health of the employees.

They can but they aren't. The administrative staffs logic is that they are paying more and so have the staff made to work for long hours in this heat.
