You got it right. I am speaking of Trump. It seems he thinks he should receive the Congressional Medal of Honor. He thinks he should because he was so brave in going to Iraq. He has made comments in speeches about this. During his first term he made such comments but his White House counsel blocked the idea.
Just one more reason to believe he is totally delusional. He doesn't deserve anything but a firm boot out the door. The sooner the better.

I agree with some that say we need a megalomaniac leader to make the big decisions the left won't but this guy is out of control.
