Don't need to be perfect, just be present. Our life has a constant distraction, but giving time to slow down and noticed what's around us takes a real intention. If the sounds soothes us, how much more when we see, we feel and experience it with all our senses. The morning sky, the moist grass, the sunrise, the waves on the seaside, the calm sea. Even when we simply sit, sipping coffee. That too, is a quiet beauty of a peaceful morning. Have a great day! and have a great night to some on the other side of the planet.
