Good morning, slow day today

Today will be one of those slow, easy days and I'm happy to have it. The last few weeks have been so hectic. I don't think I will even cook today. Cereal for breakfast, sandwich for lunch and canned soup for supper. Yep, it's going to be a nice day. No pots and pans to clean up, just a coupe of bowls, some silverware. I'll use paper plates or maybe just napkins for the sandwiches.

I love keeping my house clean but doing the same chores over and over again gets old FAST!

Sometimes, we do need a slow day. A day with not much to do and such. I do hope you enjoy your day.

I love days like that where there's no actual cooking and clean-up involved. Unfortunately I have to cook tonight but I have a good dinner planned (chicken stuffed with broccoli & cheese, baked potatoes and roasted cauliflower). All goes in the air fryer so basically there's not much clean-up involved. Enjoy your nice relaxing day
