Childhood Memories: What Do You Miss the Most?

I suddenly remembered the games I used to play when I was younger, and it made me smile. Life felt so simple back then. What is one game or thing from your childhood that you really miss?

I miss spending my day out playing with the neighbor kids and wandering all over the countryside. Mom didn't care where we went as long as we were home in time for supper. She'd stand on the back porch and ring a steel bell for a minute and expected us to come running home.

@katiee1 True. I was a hovering parent when my daughter was growing up but her mom forced me to do that. If I went anywhere without my daughter, my ex took me to court, saying I wasn't a good father. The judge finally fixed that by telling my ex if she took me to court again, she'd be paying my attorney fees and court costs.

I miss many things I used to do or play with as a child. There were many Indian games children and even young boys used to play. I also used to play them with my friends.
