Why Is It So Hard to Stay Consistent?

May 1, 2026 5:05am CST
I notice that I plan a lot of things for the day, but I don’t always finish them. Sometimes I feel motivated at the start, then I lose focus halfway. How do you stay consistent with your daily tasks, especially when motivation drops?

That’s true. I feel like my problem is not the goal, but maintaining the discipline every day. I start strong, then lose momentum after a while. How do you deal with that?

I agree, consistency really is the hard part. I try to stay determined, but there are days when I just lose the drive to continue.
