On Circadian Rhythm

Our bodies run on a natural clock called the circadian rhythm. Think of it as your body’s built-in 24-hour timer, helping you feel awake during the day and sleepy at night. This rhythm is controlled by a master clock in your brain that responds to light and darkness. When you stick to regular sleep and wake times, your circadian rhythm helps you get better sleep, improves your mood, and keeps your body healthy. Ignoring your natural rhythm, like staying up late or changing your schedule often, can leave you feeling tired, unfocused, and even affect your long-term health. That’s why it’s so important to listen to your body’s clock. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. Your body will thank you with more energy, better focus, and a happier mood! Are you basically aware of this?

I know what it is and why doctors say that but I disagree. I've always preferred to be awake at night and catch my sleep in catnaps during the daytime.

And so how's your health now, though, DE?

@Neil43 I'm always fine, thank you. We don't know how much of my health problems are genetic and how much are just luck of the draw.

I'm aware of this; but I have a tremendously hard time trying to sleep.
