WFH, Plans, and Anxiety.

The coffee shop closed at 6 pm. I left shortly beforehand, so that my friend could close up and leave. I got there around noon or so, I know she and the other baristas were constantly. She closed solo, and never really kicks me out, but no, let that girl go home and relax. So, I’m home now, sitting at my desk. I’m in the middle of a writing order, and I want to knock out a few more before calling it a night. Whether or not I can actually get a few more done remains to be seen. I’m not working at all tomorrow. First of all, I know these orders will be gone by then. Secondly, it’s Sunday, and I want to relax. I only work on Sundays if I have to (which means if a revision for that bigger order is sent to me, I’ll be working. I would hope they'd save that for a weekday, though. I don’t even think I want to go anywhere. I kind of just want to lounge around the house, so that’s probably what I’ll do. I also made the decision a little while ago to decrease my caffeine intake. I’ll be switching to tea on some days because it has less caffeine than coffee. During the work week, I’m thinking coffee on two days and tea on three days. It’ll help with my current anxiety issues. I know I keep bringing it up, but I’m open about my mental health, and this is currently an ongoing situation in my life. Alrighty, this post is shorter than I thought it’d be, but I’m also trying to work. You all stay safe and take care, and I’ll be back at some point for one more post.

It is good to be aware of closing procedures at the coffee shop. I am sure your friend appreciates you. It is wise to monitor your caffeine intake.

Cutting down on caffeine is always a good way to operate when you suffer from anxiety. Good for you!

Just take a deep breath and take it one day at a time, okay? I know your anxiety is driving you up the wall. But, sometimes, that's just how it works out. No matter what you try, you just have to let it pass on it's own.

Isn't Tea just as bad as coffee , maybe even worse. That's what I read anyway although I may have read it wrong

Nah, I looked it up before making my decision. Both have caffeine, but both green and black tea have less (with green tea having less than black tea).
