Oh look at this
How good does it look
This was a combined effort by the ladies
I cooked last night
They cooked tonight
And I was quite surprised how good these were.
They made Pizza on a Naan Bread.
This so they didn't have to make a dough
Well they couldn't, could they after getting their nails done yesterday.
Good thinking

@Ineeddentures well sometimes I make a pizza on a wrap (tortilla) so makes sense. And that's a good idea

It's basically an Indian flat bread we eat with Curry , an Indian Curry
It's a good Pizza base
And saves mucking about making a dough

I sometimes use tortillas or flatbreads for homemade pizza. Yours looks so yummy with lots of cheese.

For a home made pizza made by 2 tipsy women it turned out ok
Although Siobhan almost took it out of the oven without the oven gloves

Naan bread is actually such a genius shortcut for pizza! It’s got that perfect chewiness that you usually only get from a high-end clay oven, so I’m not surprised they tasted great.
Smart move by the ladies to save the fresh manicures—kneading dough is definitely the fastest way to ruin a set of nails. You get a gourmet-style dinner and they get to keep their nails looking sharp; sounds like a total win-win for everyone!
Glad you got a night off from the kitchen to enjoy it. After that flatbread feast recently, it seems like the "pizza on alternative bread" trend is really working out for you guys!
