There is form of cover farming that goes on in Bengal. In the countryside carrots are planted aside cauliflower. By the two forms of vegetable farming the fertility of the soil remain intact. yes Judy cauliflowers are cultivated in bulk and west bengal the state produces maxmimum cauliflower in the country
