I LOVE MY JOB, BUT MY COWORKERS MAKE IT HARD

Work can be exhausting, but I’m fine with it. I can handle the workload, even if it means doing overtime on Saturdays, Sundays, and sometimes even holidays without pay. I don’t mind because I genuinely enjoy what I do. Everything would be okay, except for three officemates who are extremely irritating. They watch every single move we make, as if they have nothing else to do but monitor us. They’re the ones who come in late, disappear from their stations, and leave the office as early as 3 PM even though dismissal is at 5 PM. We usually just ignore it because it’s not our concern. But one time, we couldn’t attend an office conference due to heavy workload. We asked permission from our supervisor, and it was approved. After the conference, those three got furious at us. We just let it pass. Now they’re creating another issue and making us the victims. I’m torn between confronting them or just letting them continue with what they’re doing.

Just now
It’s unfortunate that some people are causing you stress. It’s probably best to avoid confronting them as long as you know you’re in the right. At least your supervisor understands you, and delivering what’s expected of you is what truly matters for your role. Stay focused on doing what’s right, and you’ll never regret your decision to stand firm. Eventually, they’ll be held accountable by their own supervisor for neglecting their responsibilities.

I'm sorry that is happening. I would probably report those three to your supervisor or boss. It isn't fair to the rest of you when others don't do their share of the work.

I had that issue with most of my jobs, not that I had many. I would like my job but dislike who I worked with.
