Phoenix Arizona resident Julie Read who is the wife of a firefighter was an eyewitness to an auto accident when she was at an intersection last month when a sports utility vehicle (SUV) struck from behind by an auto which cause a fire on the engine of the SUV.
Julie got out of her auto and pulled the driver out of the SUV before the auto that was struck exploded.
Julie credits her husband who is also a firefighter who taught her what to do in case of an emergency. It paid off last month in Phoenix.
The condition of the injured driver is not known at this time.
