Productive Friday Morning.

It's ten thirty or there abouts here in my part of Florida.
I, yet again didn't sleep very good last ight. Only got about two hours of sleep.
I got up and started laundry. Washed all the dishes in the kitchen. Did another load of laundry. I gathered up some trash and took it out. Sprayed the shower and toilet and sink down.
Washed my face, took my medicine. did some more laundry.
Reheated some leftovers and ate that.
Working on a cookbook, I am planning to slef publish.
I washed the fior the artic air, cleaned the fridge out.
Now I am watching Financial Audit with Caleb Hammer on YouTube and thinking abou taking a nap in a little bit.
We have four hous before we need to go to town.
Anyway. That's about all the excitement for today so far.

I feeling it now. Overdid it most of the week and now I’m hurting and sick. But I’ll power through.
