Banh Mi for Dinner

Hi fellow myLotters!
8:14pm here in Manila.
Had dinner earlier than usual. Had a meatball banh mi. i have a Vietnamese neighbor who makes authentic Vietnamese food. So far, this is my favorite from her menu. The traditional banh mi according to her is ham. She had a friend who liked her meatballs and requested that she make a meatballs banh mi and the rest as they say is history.
She bakes her own baguette bread and makes her own chicken liver paté, BBQ sauce, and pickled carrots and radish. The banh mi also has mayonnaise, lettuce, cucumber, cilantro, and spring onions.
I've tasted other banh mi and this one tastes the most authentic.
What did everyone have for dinner?

I love a good banh mi! We have a Vietnamese bakery that serves banh mi on freshly-baked rolls. That cilantro gives it a nice punch! I had a salad with grilled chicken and bleu cheese for dinner.
