I didn't go to Yoga today due to the weather, plus honestly I will was still a bit tired from yesterday. I was bending over all day it seems doing something..plus running around, even though it was pure joy, My back is still a bit sore..and I am a little bit tired. So, today is just a low key day..anyway, a tuna melt for lunch. What will you be having..or did you have?

The usual, of course: chicken soft taco and Mexican rice at Chuy’s. Afterwards, I get the “joy” of an optometrist appointment, complete with eye dilation. 
I already set my recyclables out for tomorrow because I have the sneaking suspicion that I won’t want to be in the sun or any well-lit room for a few hours after the exam.
