Why Starbucks have fewer Crowd these Days?

Then I remember classes start in June!
Students are on school break, it's summer! That’s why Starbucks isn’t crowded. How did I miss that detail?
Last week I went to Starbucks a couple of times, and wondering why the cafe wasn’t crowded. The spot shown in the photo above is where students usually hang out in this Starbucks branch - they usually open it at 3 PM, but it was closed until 5:30 PM when I visited it a few times last week.
Do you also feel a sudden change when students are on school break in your place? Does it look quiet or chaotic? Lol!

I am surprised that despite school break, the Starbucks cafe are not exactly full houses right now.

Less sales, but they were crowded at night when the young pro clocks out. Starbucks, with a big parking lot, has customers who park their cars and set up mini tables at the back of their vans/cars and camp there with their coffees and pastries. It's so cool.

It went viral during the pandemic, when Starbucks Philippines opened for drive-through customers, causing a lot of traffic, can you imagine that?
