That was supposed to say gonna, but my phone auto corrected it to finna, so I'm going to leave it. If you aren't familiar with the south and the way we talk, let me give you a short little lesson. In the south id we are getting ready to do something we say “Im fixing to” or “Im fitting to” or I've even heard/read “Im finna to” So it just made my sleep deprived brain laugh when it auto corrected it. Anyway now that you've had a little redneck vocab lesson, there's a picture of what outside looks like. Yes it's a picture through our bedroom window. It's too early, and I didn't want to put pants on to go outside.

Our Irish son has adopted the Irish turn of phrase and often says 'Would you not be doing this, that or the other'. Thanks for the lesson. Maybe you could come up with another lesson for us.
