Why is the bank server busy ?

Since the beginning of April last I have been facing this problem and have not been able to get around it. I have a little Airtel Bank account to do my little transactions, like recharging my phone or paying for sundry stationery. My this account is now empty. I tried many times to transfer money from my main bank account to my Airtel account in the last one and half month. Every time a message appears telling the bank server was busy and the transfer was not successful. I have not been able to sort out this issue. I am tied indoor ( not literally) but it's as good as it can be. Some children of my foster family are suffering from pox and I have to be around to take care of them. I couldn't go to the nearest cyber cafe though I wished. Tomorrow perhaps I will snatch half an hour to meet my friend at the cyber cafe and ask him to find a solution of my problem.
