Yes, this is leftovers. We have a really good Indian takeaway/restaurant, just around the corner from where we live and as we hadn’t had a curry for a few months The Mister was keen to have just that the other evening. They always give us way too much sauce so I always cook some chicken and add it to the sauce for the next day. That way nothing gets wasted. Do you use takeaways ?

@traceyjayne The Indian takeaways here are miserable. I’m looking forward to being in Manchester in July for a good Indian.

That's a good idea to do when you have extra sauce takeaways or not

That’s a good idea so you don’t waste the sauce. I haven’t had Indian food in quite awhile.

@AmbiePam. I hate waste and it means by adding a little more chicken we get two meals for the price of one…..

This meal would have really suited Vince. I'm not so keen on Indian but I quite like the mild dishes.

Now that my husband is gone and I got rid of the cars, I haven't had any take-outs. When my SIL comes in June, I'm sure we will get Chinese and pizza.

@LindaOHio Chinese and pizza sound like good choices. I'm sure you will both enjoy those. What toppings do you have on your pizza ?
