Fruit ....I'm trying to be healthy !

I really do need to lose weight.
Having been practically inactive for a year has not helped ....but i'm not blaming that ....it is down to me....
So I have got out all of my Pinch of Nom books and sorted out some recipes...I am going to start properly next week as its Moms Birthday on Monday ....We are having a special lunch for her at our house on the Sunday , then I shall spend the day with her on Monday.
However, I have stocked up on fruit as I shall be grazing on that ....
I don't really snack, but if I am near chocolate ....well, just lets say it can get very messy !
Anyway, I have grapes, strawberries, bananas, pineapple, blueberries.
I know I have mentioned this before but I will need a kick up the bum to help to keep me on track ....
As the saying goes ...." I can resist everything but temptation ! "

@AmbiePam yes, i will limit how many bananas I have . They are my favourite but, yes, full of sugar.

@Traceyjayne My mom used to roll a banana in that dried Jello powder, and it was so good! It was the only way she could get us to eat a banana.

@AmbiePam I haven't heard that done with a banana but I know people that do it with grapes.
