Is there a way to politely dismiss a stubborn client

Any business person believes that without a client, the business is as good as dead. In fact, philosophically, the client is always considered right. Taking another philosophical point of thought, a bad client can be like a rogue driver a who causes accidents and consequential harm to other good road users. Not a single business has had an experience with a stubborn client. Such type will always complain about anything and will always want to be given greatest attention. They will expect or even demand to be treated in a way they want, failure to which they can cause staff to face disciplinary action. As a result, one may end up losing other clients or competent workers. As for me I really yearn to dismiss them but courteously. I have however lacked the best way to do so. Is there a polite way to tell a client that you would not like to have them anymore?

It's possible to be respectful and professional while politely dismissing a stubborn client. The most effective strategy is to thank them for the opportunity, clarify that you may no longer be the best match for their needs, and end the relationship with good intentions whenever possible.

This is a very sensible and logical answer. It's about the best you could do under the circumstances.
