Can I Make You Smile?

Near where we lived in Riga, Latvia, there was an apartment complex. Beside it was this charming, smiling head. No one really knew why it was there, but when you saw it, you had to smile. I took a photo of it and created a poetic meme. There are those who think this was created by the architect who created the apartment complex just because it looked good there and welcoming everyone.
