I would be joining you for brisket as well. I have some chili cooking on the stove now. I wanted to use up the last can of red kidney beans from the pantry since we only eat them with chili and we will not likely have any until the autumn arrives.

Lots of good choices there....brisket sounds really good, but so does the salmon, and so does the Asian Chicken salad.
