A toasted tea cake for breakfast ….. don’t mind if I do ….. !

I don’t usually do breakfast as you know but this morning I was asked if I would like a toasted tea cake …..
I mean, that’s the sort of question that there is only one answer to……
And that answer is ….YES PLEASE!
I stayed at Moms last night and she had got a pack of teacakes …..we both love them.
So, I did have breakfast today ….la toasted tea cake with plenty of butter …..
Oh my, but it was delicious.

My favorite breakfast is one of the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches but I'm not supposed to eat eggs every day or sausage. *shrug* This morning I ate some of the fried pork loin and had some steamed broccoli again.

@traceyjayne Certainly nor a full English or Irish and definitely not porridge. A toasted teacake sounds just about right as does my current espresso and croissant.
