Not feeling well today.

I’m feeling sleepy and my head hurts today. I didn’t get much sleep last night — I kept waking up every so often. I’ve been drinking milk every night, but I still can’t figure out what’s going on with me. Yesterday I woke up early because we had an activity, and I was so exhausted that I thought I’d finally get a long sleep, but I was wrong. I kept waking up throughout the night.
So here I am in the office now, and I still can’t make sense of how I feel. My head hurts, I feel dizzy, and I’m really sleepy. I think I just pushed myself too hard. I’m going to rest here in the office for a bit and try to take a short nap — hopefully that helps.
What about you, what do you do to get a really good sleep? Share some tips if you can, maybe it’ll help me too.

This is still allergy season in the US. Sometimes my head hurts and my sinuses feel full so I drink some honey and lemon in tea. That helps if you have a sore throat, too.
You can also take a hot shower and just breathe in the steam. That helps clear your sinuses and lets you sleep after you get out of the shower. (Sometimes I have to do that a couple of times during the night to keep the headache from coming back.)
I'm sorry you don't feel well and hope you get a good sleep tonight.

@Soobinah Then I don't know why you can't sleep. I just put my head down, close my eyes and I'm asleep.

After several busy days, your body might become restless, with adrenaline still coursing through your system, keeping you active even at night. I’m not sure how to calm that naturally, but creating a more relaxed environment might help your body respond and wind down. Transitioning from a hectic day to rest at home can be tricky, especially if those extra hormones are still lingering. As a result, not getting proper rest at night can leave you feeling less energetic than you did in the past days.
