More Idiocy With Mail Order Prescription Company

Back in mid March I wrote a post about my ridiculous experience with Humana's mail order Care Well Pharmacy. I have even had reason to file a grievance. I continued to have issues and finally ended my use of the service. I called Humana to be sure the prescriptions would be phoned over to the new drug store. I was connected to a representative who assured me she should call the drug store and give them my info. I hung up that day feeling pretty confident. That was March 12th.
So, today I call the drug store to be sure that was done. Nope! They had nothing.
I wish I could go back to Molina. Holy cheese bowls Garfield!. I am so sick of it all.
I called my doctor's assistant and he took care of it from there.

That's how I usually switch for things like that because many prescriptions won't be filled as a 3 month supply at a pharmacy

@celticeagle The pharmacy here often will only do 30 day supplies covered by insurance. The mail ones do 90 days and it's written like that.

And being able to fully relate as Yvonne has similar problems.
We had no joy changing supplier
Hope you have more luck than we did

Our NHS have a contract with this horrible company and sadly we were told we would only get the meds from them for Yvonne

That's what they were doing to me. I was worried the pills would lose their strength. But my doctor told me they don't.

I get all my prescriptions at Giant Eagle and have no problems with them. I'm sorry you're having a problem.
