The United States Coast Guard (USCG) came to the rescue of one person who was trapped in an island near Pont De Bennes Bridge near High Falls New York on Sunday evening.
The USCG sent a helicopter to rescue the person after firefighters and rescuers could not save the person due to the rough waters of the Genesee River.
Two firefighters who were riding in a craft fell into the water and one rescuer fell into the river when the USCG helicopter rescued them and took them safely to the shore safe and sound.
The USCG helicopter went to rescue the person who was trapped in the island, Thank goodness the individual who was rescued was not injured after the rescue mission was complete.

I salute these lion hearted persons who perform great deeds, but remain unsung. Few people know who they are and where they belong to.
