Senior employees feel jealous in junior employee workers. Do you agree?

Not all Senior workers are friendly. Most of them are arrogant, selfish, jealous. They want to get good names. Whatever junior workers perform. They try to hide to the Owner of the company and get good name for them only. This is the big competition in the company between senior and junior employee. first of all, they senior should encourage the junior employee work. But is very rare. whatever hard work the junior employee done, at last the senior people discourge them and blame them. Is anyone have this experience in your company?
