Using a Separate Bowl to Crack Eggs

Are you also the type of cook who always uses a separate bowl when cracking eggs? Or are you the super positive person that you don’t believe that you have a bad egg in your fridge, so it’s okay to crack it all in one bowl? It is important to use a separate bowl just to avoid mixing a rotten egg with the rest of the eggs that you are going to use for baking or cooking. Once a rotten egg gets mixed, you cannot use the rest of the eggs. So, do you use a separate bowl when cracking eggs?

I don’t, but then I’ve never had a rotten egg, not once.

I can see and smell the eggs from there and tell whether they are still good or not.

Yes, I always break in a separate bowl to be sure that the egg is good.

I practiced that too. One bad egg can ruin the others as well
