So, I guess the obvious answer would be "Don't touch it" but I always know it is there. Weirdly, in the past few weeks I have gotten this sore spot on the very base of my skull on the right side. It is very tender. I have a bit of overall scalp inflammation from taking a GLP which can be a side effect. It is probably related to that but not sure. It is quite annoying though. I put some magnesium on it last night that helped for awhile, and held an ice cube on it last evening. That helped too, but I wish this would just go away! It is so annoying, and because I know it is there, I can't resist touching it!

I didn't know you were taking a GLP. Those scare me. They're finding more long-term side effects now that it's gone mainstream. Be careful.

Just now
There are also a lot of positive effects to them. I took one before and had no long term effects.
