This morning I got up, took my shower, made my breakfast, and was sitting at my desk eating my oatmeal and drinking coffee when I heard a thump against the outside wall. The curtains were open, but not all the way. I opened the curtain to see what the noise was. There was Buddy on the banister of the front porch. He sat there looking at me..I swear his eyes said..."I SEE you! Are you ever going to come out and FEED me?" I let the curtain go back to where it was and went on to finish my oatmeal. About a minute or 2 later..a thud agains the wall again. I looked out..there was Buddy again. This time he was on the front banister staring at me. I told him I would be out in a minute. He left.
I think I made a mistake by tossing out peanuts from the front door yesterday morning. It had been raining, and I really didn't want to get outside with water dripping off the trees. I had a few peanuts in a container by the front door, and decided to toss them out there for Buddy and the BlueJays until it dried off a little. So NOW...Buddy knows I am not only in the garage...I am where the door to the house is.
I also made the mistake of feeding Blackie the cat INSIDE the garage so I didn't have to go outside and get wet. Now he thinks he can hang out in the garage. I kind of let him know today, that he can't stay in the garage. The birds and Squirrels can't come and eat while he is sitting there.

Funny how our pets ask us to feed them.
When my cat is still alive, my mom will always cook him some fish and he really likes it.
Then one breakfast, my mom left early to do an errand, and my sister and I thought she did not yet cook our cat's food, But our cat keep meowning at us, and he deliberately bang his feet to where his caserole is, when we said he does not have any food yet... but since he banged his feet on the caserole, my sister check on it, and there it is - his well cooked sour fish! And then he looked at us and meow again, as if saying, "I told you my mom cook my food already!" Lol!

When we moved in someone left us a note on the door telling us to be nice to the Kitties and put down names..Blackie was on the list. There is another Black cat, but not sure which one THEY were calling Blackie, so we picked the solid Black one. The other one has 4 white feet, and a stubby tail. We call him Boots. I threw the paper away and fogot the names...so we named them what WE wanted to name them. Blackie, Boots, Spot, and Stripes. I know, pretty lame names, but really the names fit the cat.
