This is one of my go-to places, McDonald's! When my mom woke up late, I usually ate breakfast at McDonald's; if not, I would take out my burger meal and eat it on the bus on the way to work.
Do you also eat fast food for breakfast, or do you make sure you eat healthy for the first meal of the day?

Anyway, our fast food chain here in Manila is a little cheaper but the food quality is good, but we all know it is not that healthy, hehehehe. becauase of the preservatives and excessive oil,

I love KFC too. I love their chicken burger with bbq sauce and the original flavor, I also love their fires.

For me it's got to be KFC.
The only thing I like at McDonald's is cheesy bacon flatbread

I like KFC too. When I am on a budget, and I have to eat lunch and need some snacks later, I go to KFC.
I always order their Chicken Burger Meal with Fries and Iced Coffee, and then extra rice.
I eat fries with rice and gravy, haha, it tastes like chicken to me, lol! Then I save the burger for snacks. I got my lunch and snacks less than $3. Lol!

McDonald's has the best burger, second to KFC. I think that is fine not to eat at any fast food as we get older for healthy purposes.
