The song and the music, known in Latvian as "Palaid Pukiti Par Dambi," loosely translated as "Let the Flower Go on the Dam," show some traditional dancing. You won't understand the words, but I think the music is delightful and makes you want to dance along, and it is fun to watch the dancers in their costumes.
