Slept in this morning, but then got up fed the "Kids" before they started knocking on the window. Cleaned the bathroom and kitchen. Then put jigsaw puzzles together on Facebook. Got the Baby Back Ribs ready, baked for 2 hours. Made ColeSlaw. Tom doctored up the canned bake beans. Ribs were done, let them sit in BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays). Then Tom fired up the grill, and put them on the grill for a couple of minutes. OMG..they were SOOOOO good. Fell off the bone Good.
We are STILL trying to figure out what kind of Pig did Jack Daniels use to make their Baby Back Ribs. Those were the fattest bones I have ever seen on and they were flat, not rounded at all. Almost looked like Beef Ribs, but package said Pork.
There is NOTHING better than HomeCooked Baby Back Ribs.
Got lots to do tomorrow. OK..now MyLots..What did WE have for supper and what are your plans for the weekend.

The best ribs to eat are the southern style very little bone
good tender meat, that's all I buy, as a matter of fact, I just
bought 10 lbs. worth just yesterday for 30$ & cut them up
in 3 pieces per rib & put them in freezer containers.
We also bought 5lbs of hamburger meat & pork steaks
& 10lbs of chicken quarters & devided all that into freezer
containers & that's just part of the meat stock up we buy.
We mainly buy 20 lbs. of each & that will last us a
whole year along with the fish we buy which is cod,
catfish, halibut, flounder, that's why we have 2 freezers.
"What are my plans for the weekend?" I'm going to be
busy working on getting a 15x18 shelter built, along
with getting my front door put in that I've been waiting
on for 2 yrs & whatever else I need to get done B-4
winter comes back in, so I'll be really busy.

Everything sounds good except the Cod. Never have liked Cod. Feels like Cotton in my mouth. I am a Perch, Grouper, Trout, or Fresh Tuna steaks. Flounder is okay. Have never had Halibut. I will ear Channel Catfish, but not mud cat.
