The most delicious lemon meringue ice cream

So, the last few years I have taken a liking for lemon things .....
Lemon sherbet sweets
Lemon drizzle cake
Lemon fizzy pop
And now I have found some lemon meringue ice cream.
It has been just what I have needed this week.
Firstly, because the beginning of the week was so hot and secondly, because it has helped to sooth my sore throat
Lemon ice cream is not very common here in the UK, indeed this is only the second time I have found any. The only other time I can get it is when Lidl have an Italian week
Anyway, dear MyLot friends I have found some yummy lemon ice cream and despite having a hacking cough, sore throat and cold all week, I am a happy bunny.

Sounds pretty yummy. I like a peanut butter swirled with vanilla ice cream.

If you go to places like Scarborough and Whitby, they sell an ice cream called a lemon top. Delicious it is.

Oh I went to both of those places two years ago ( almost to the day ...it was for our Anniversary) I didn't see any lemon ice cream ....mind you we had more rain than sun so ice cream wasn't really on the menu for us.

I love any flavor of ice cream. The lemon sounds divine. I love all things lemon.
