Done. According to our neighbor that the electric company had successfully replaced the transformer with a much bigger capacity load earlier this morning. And so far, so good. No interruption or explosion yet. I think we can go back home in a day or two. I just want to make sure that there will be no more same incident that will happen soon.

I hope not, but you must be much better prepared thee next time. You can't just think it won't happen again. I am sure it has happened repeatedly in your life.

The last time it happened two or three years ago but not this long. They didn't replace the transformer back then So I'm hoping it's better now. But you are right, I should still prepare for the future if it happens again

I’d probably wait too, just to make sure it wasn’t going to once more explode.
