John and I had big happy fun at yesterday's music gig.
We actually got people up and dancing near the end of the evening, even though much of what we did was pretty chill.
There were some people there I knew from other parts of my life. Bonus hugs and conversation. Most notable was the lady who ran the stable where my horse lived.
Today I am relaxing. I may visit the pool soon.
How has your Sunday been?

@TheHorse We don’t baptize babies in our denomination, although we do have baby dedication ceremonies (where the parents come before the church, resolving to raise their child to serve the Lord the best they can, and asking for the prayers of the church).
One of the ones baptized was a 13 year old young man whose dad and grandfather had also been baptized by my dad (at a different church). The other person was a man in his thirties who just came to know the Lord last year.

Just now
My Sunday has been pretty good as well! I'm a musician as well, and I recently got in contact with an online music museum, so hopefully I will have some music and information to contribute to them. I spent most of today rediscovering MyLot! I got on here in April 2016, I made my last post in March 2017, and then I kind of lost track of it. But today I got curious, found some old MyLot emails since I forgot what my username was and you can't log in with an email address, and now I'm back on! And now I'm pinching myself, I see so many users with four or five-digit activity ranks, and here I am still at 41 or so, I'm like, come on, I've had this account since 2016, why have I not been working on that activity rank, even though I've been online almost daily? Well, I guess I kept finding new things and discovering new sites, but now that I'm seeing more music-related posts on here today, I feel like I have more content to engage with, and I have a backlog of old music reviews I wrote that used to be on another site, so I am going to start publishing those on here. So yeah, today happens to be my MyLot rediscovery day, getting back into an account I've had for ten years and trying to make my activity rank what it ought to be!

It's always great to meet up with people from your past. Glad it went off so well.
