Mother In Law Had a Good Day Today

We visit mother in law every Wednesday. She has Alzheimer’s and lives in a memory care facility She needed a haircut. Normally they provide that service at the care home but their stylist broke her hand and was out of commission. So we surprised her and took her to a hair salon to get her hair cut. It looked so much better afterward. She enjoyed eating out at a restaurant and she was in a good mood. I always include a pink photo with posts about mother in law because her favorite color is pink.

I’m pleased she was strangle to get her hair done. Sounds like she really enjoyed her trip out ….she does seem more settled these days ….

It's good that she's having a good day. Spending time with her, and getting away from the place for a while are both good for mental wellness.
