What did YOU do today?

First I'll tell you about our busy day. I got up about four am, and then snoozed till about 8 am, sleeping only about thirty minutes at a time. Which was pretty annoying. My pharmacy called at eight forty five and said my usual montly meds were ready, but they only had two weeks worth of one of them. Which is annoying. That happens several times a year. So we loaded up and went and got gas, picked up a couple Monster Energy drinks for a friend and went to the pharmacy and then went and saw the friend. By the time we were done with that we had enough time to come home and do a few things with the truck and around the house before it was time to load up with she child and go pick up her little "boyfriend". They had decided last week they wanted to go see the movie Backrooms so we told them we'd take them today. We ended up being pretty early for the movie, so we took them to Five Below and they each got to pick a few things out. They both got really good grades, so they got extra treats lol. Then we dropped them off at the movie. Which was actually pretty reasonbly priced. It was $19 for two 4:00 showings. Of course the snacks at the movies is what put a dent in the budget for the day. It was thirty six dollars or something for their candy, popcorn drinks. We went to the hobby store, two thrift stores and the pawn shop while they were at the movie. They went and saw the movie Backrooms and they both said it sucked. So spoiler warning, if you were wanting to see it....they don't reccomend it. We took them to Panda Express afterwards, and then stopped and got mother in law McDonalds, and brought it back to her. The kids hung out with grandma while we went and helped a friend whos car died. By the time we got back from that it was time to take her little boyfriend home. So we basically were gone from about 9 am till about 11pm. It was a long day, but it was pretty good. We got a lot done and had fun. I didn't find much thrifting, but did find a pair of $40 shorts for $6 bucks so that was a pretty good deal. I just ate a little of my leftover Panda. I started a load of laundry and fed the dog, and now we are watching Clarkson's Farm on Amazon Prime and I am trying to spend a little time here and elseware since I haven't had a lot of time for online stuff. So that's a long winded post about what we did today. What did YOU do today?
