I have a gov't complaint who else does ?

I have a major complaint with the gov't & it's "NOT" all Trump's fault so don't even go there. Me & husband went to a place to talk to a Va person yesterday about my husbands va funds. "Why are they saying 70% in benefits when he's only getting 60%?" well we found out why that is. Cause they are not wanting the veterans to get what they deserve & is holding your $ in their pockets, Is what we were told their doing, WHY ? I D K But I ended up with the address to write the gov't about this action & I'm going to find out what the reason is B-hind it ! ! ! it's not fair. Will I get a response back ? I doubt it but it's worth a shot if I can get enough people to do the same thing & complain enough & loud enough to make a change in this action their hiding from you. I just need to find some way of getting it printed out & copied (typed) cause my hand writing sucks & I want it to be readable to reach his desk to respond back with a good answer to this matter. A lot of veterans don't know about this action they are doing with their $ & it's time it's put out there for them to get what they deserve. Is there any 1 else that wants to put their complaints in writing to the gov't about this ? I'd love to hear from you & help me with this.
