We sure have fun yesterday. But earlier today, each of us received an Earthquake alerts in our phone. As we checked online news, my heart goes with the people and town who was affected by the 7.8 magnitude. Given some school starts its classes today is now suspended but as I've watched news there were school affected by the earthquake as well, children screaming out of fear and was assisted by teachers not to panic. Hopefully everyone is safe and is able to get home. Another videos posted by many citizens about a sudden drop in sea level. Oddly the water rapidly receding from the shore. Gladly to where our staycation place located the sea level is it's normal but given it is also a tsunami prone area. Communities there are being advised to immediately evacuate to higher places and as much as possible stay away from the beaches, shorelines and coastal areas. Hopefully no more aftershocks as well as hope people and communities will listen and followed protocols, advisory in evacuating and staying away from the affected areas. Photo is from our yesterday trip to the beach.

We heard about this just a short while ago. I do hope there hasn't been too much damage. Also hoping that there won't be a tsunami.
